Q: How can I track my order?
A: When you place your order with us, you will receive an email within 24 hours that will include your tracking information with FedEx. If you do not have this email, then please contact our customer service department (click here) or call toll free (800) 860-3949 (Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM PST). We will be happy to give you status of your order.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do. You can place your order right online and have it shipped to addresses in the United States, US Military (APO/FPO), Canada, United Kingdom, Span, Netherlands and Cyprus. To receive a shipping quote for any other areas, please click here to contact us.
Q: How long will it take to receive my OsteoBall?
A: Please refer to the chart below to determine the length of time for shipping.
*FedEx Express (Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 Day) shipments are delivered on Monday-Friday; FedEx Home Delivery shipments are delivered Tuesday-Saturday.

Q: I need the product right away. Can you expedite the shipping?
Yes, we can expedite the shipping. We offer 3 Day, 2 Day and Overnight shipping through FedEx. Please refer to the chart above. In addition, all expedited orders placed by 12:00 EST (Monday - Friday only) will be shipped on the same day.
