A: Order any OsteoBall from our website, and you'll have a full 30 days to try your product in the comfort of your own home. If you are not 100% satisfied, simply contact us and we'll make arrangements to return your product for a full refund.

A: We want to make sure you have a full 30 days to try your OsteoBall, so we only start counting once you receive the product.

Q: How do I return my product?

A: We try to make the return process as easy as possible

1. Your Return Authorization Code. Call 800-860-3949 and you'll receive a Return Authorization Code. Make sure to write your Return Authorization Code on the outside of your package -- this will help us process your refund as quickly as possible.
2. Ship Your Package. When you receive your return authorization number, we will also provide you with the appropriate address to return your package to. To ensure that you receive your refund as quickly as possible, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking. Some possible options are USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground.
3. Your Refund. As soon as we receive your package back, we'll process your refund to the credit card you used to make your original purchase.
